First, go to the Online Submission Form.

Follow the on-screen instructions and fill out all of required information as shown in Figure 1.

Select PDF file of your poster.

• The poster presenter has to submit the poster file.
• The poster file is required to be submitted as PDF (Portable Document Format) file.
• Filename of poster file for uploading is [Presentation Number].pdf (Ex. PA01.pdf, PA02.pdf, PB01.pdf, PB02.pdf).
• The file size is up to 20 MB.
• Please check your presentation number on Program.

Select MP4 file of your movie.

• Submission of poster presentation movie file is optional.
• The movie file is required to be submitted as MP4 file.
• Filename of movie file for uploading is [Presentation Number].mp4 (Ex. PA01.mp4, PA02.mp4, PB01.mp4, PB02.mp4).
• The file size is up to 100 MB.

After checking your information carefully, please click "Submit" button as shown in Figure 4.

You can see the following Thank you Page (Figure 5).

Also, you will receive a confirmation email of your registration as shown in Figure 6. Your confirmation email may be judged as spam email. Please check also your spam email folder.

• Updating your information, poster and movie files : click “Edit Submission” in the email to change any of your information, poster and movie files.
• 登録した情報，ポスターおよび動画ファイルを更新する際は，必ずアップロード後に送信される自動返信メール中の“Edit Submission”をクリックしてください．
